My Purpose

I am passionate about tackling challenging problems. I love building new things. One person can't do it all and I love building a team that can execute on an idea to solve that problem. Organizing the chaos into a team that solves customer problems and in so doing, makes money. Sometimes I fail. It's really, really hard work, but it's a blast. I LOVE THE CHALLENGE.

How I Added Value

  • Car dealers face inefficient inventory management and auctions costs so I built a social commerce network for dealers. I focused on product, sales and marketing. We had 1 million vehicles and thousands of dealerships benefitting from our solution within 30 months of founding.
  • I believe in adoption and co-chaired the SE Chapter of Families Supporting Adoption, a global non-profit. Through prioritization and increased energy, we were able to increase member participation and improve the finances.
